Overview

DRMessenger™ is a mobile application used for sending messages to a select group of recipients associated with a specific event code or group.

We are committed to protecting user privacy and being transparent about how the app functions.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

We do not collect, store, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Names
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Physical addresses
  • Any other data that could directly identify an individual

You can download, activate, and use the app without providing personal information.

Location Information (Geofencing)

DRMessenger™ uses geofencing functionality to support certain app features.

Important clarification:

  • We do not collect, store, or track precise location data (such as GPS coordinates).
  • We do not continuously monitor your real-time location.
  • We only receive event-based signals indicating whether a device has entered or exited a predefined geofenced area.

These geofence events:

  • Do not identify your exact location
  • Are not stored as location history
  • Cannot be used to track your movements

How We Use Information

We use limited system data only to:

  • Enable message delivery within defined groups or events
  • Trigger push notifications based on geofence entry or exit events

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

We may disclose limited information only if required by law or to protect legal rights.

Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not retain personal information.

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

  • Location Permission: Used solely to enable geofencing functionality (detecting entry/exit of predefined regions). The app does not access or store precise location data.

You can disable permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling location access will disable geofence features.

Security

CAPSOL® uses industry-standard security technologies to protect its systems. Since no personal data is collected, there is no personal information stored that could be exposed in the unlikely event of a breach.

Messaging Consent

By using DRMessenger™, you acknowledge that:

  • You may receive messages from authorized originators associated with your selected group or event
  • Receipt of messages does not imply agreement with message content
  • You may opt out at any time by logging out of the application

Children’s Privacy

DRMessenger™ is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app.
